Nikos Charalambous is a senior architect and CDM Principal Designer with over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction safety, and regulatory compliance. As Head of Architecture and CDM at Aseel, he leads the integration of design quality with long-term buildability, maintenance strategy, and health & safety standards.

His approach emphasizes early-stage risk mitigation, long-term durability, and full alignment with UK and UAE construction safety regulations.

He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS). His qualifications include SMSTS, SEATS, and TWCTS certifications from CITB, along with advanced training in asbestos and construction risk management.
